Description
A moist and creamy Tres Leches Cake, soaked in three types of milk and topped with fresh fruits, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of fresh milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 can of whipped cream or sweet cream
- Fresh fruits (strawberries, peaches) for decoration
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Add the vanilla extract.
- Sift the flour and baking powder together. Incorporate this mixture in three parts, alternating with the fresh milk.
- Pour the batter into a greased mold and bake at 350°F (170°C) for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is still hot, make small holes in it and soak it with the milk mixture (condensed milk, evaporated milk, and fresh milk).
- Refrigerate the cake overnight for optimal flavor.
- Before serving, decorate it with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs for better mixing. Soak the cake while warm for maximum absorption. Feel free to use seasonal fruits.
