Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • 1 cup green beans or snow peas
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet with oil, cook the chicken with garlic and ginger until golden. Add teriyaki sauce and let it caramelize for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the broccoli, bell peppers, and green beans. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
  3. Add the cooked wild rice to the skillet and toss everything together. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  4. Serve hot or let cool for meal prep containers. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
