  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 6-8 minutes until mushrooms are browned and tender. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
  2. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  3. Spread a thick layer of ricotta on each slice. Add a small handful of arugula, then top with warm sautéed mushrooms.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or extra chili flakes if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
