- 600 g potatoes
- 250 g fresh spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 g plant-based cooking cream
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Nutmeg, to taste
- 2–3 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
- Margarine or oil for the pan
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel if desired, and cook them in lightly salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat margarine or oil in a pan. Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté until translucent.
- Add the cooked potatoes to the pan and toss gently until slightly shiny.
- Mix in the sweet and smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add the spinach and let it wilt, covering with a lid for about 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in the plant-based cooking cream and mix well. Add nutritional yeast if desired and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
