Quick and easy crispy tofu made in an air fryer, perfect as a snack or added to meals.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
- Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Notes
Press the tofu well to remove excess moisture for crispiness. You can also marinate the tofu for extra flavor before cooking.
