Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/3 cups gluten free flour
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup linseed/flax seeds
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water plus 1 tbsp
- 2 tsp Sunshine Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C on Fan Bake.
- Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the water and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix to form a dough.
- Take one-third of the dough and place it between two sheets of baking paper.
- Roll the dough out until it reaches a cracker-like thickness.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking tray.
- Score the dough with a knife or pizza cutter into your desired cracker sizes.
- Sprinkle with extra Sunshine Salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp and lightly golden. The crackers will harden more as they cool.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer freshness, refrigerate.
