Delicious, crunchy, and gluten-free seed crackers perfect for snacking or dipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/3 cups gluten free flour
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup linseed/flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water plus 1 tbsp
  • 2 tsp Sunshine Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C on Fan Bake.
  2. Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Add the water and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix to form a dough.
  4. Take one-third of the dough and place it between two sheets of baking paper.
  5. Roll the dough out until it reaches a cracker-like thickness.
  6. Place the rolled dough on a baking tray.
  7. Score the dough with a knife or pizza cutter into your desired cracker sizes.
  8. Sprinkle with extra Sunshine Salt.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp and lightly golden. The crackers will harden more as they cool.
