Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, raw and unsalted
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt or sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (162 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp seeds, and salt.
- Add the olive oil and water, then stir well.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Spread the thickened mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten it out evenly.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the edges turn light brown.
- Let the crackers cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
