Description

Simple and healthy seed crackers that are easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, raw and unsalted
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt or sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (162 degrees C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp seeds, and salt.
  4. Add the olive oil and water, then stir well.
  5. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  6. Spread the thickened mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the edges turn light brown.
  8. Let the crackers cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
